Qualifications:
- Able to work onsite (office-based)
- Filipino citizen or with relevant residence status
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (old or new curriculum) required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
