Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to Php27,00.00 per month. Sapient BPO – Call Center is urgently hiring for Non-Voice Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and understand the root cause of issues to provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, password resets, and login problems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when handling customer information.
