Job Description
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Sapient Careers Makati. If you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers, we want you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- We accept Non-BPO experience
- No BPO experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- With BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
