Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. Call Center Agents needed at Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- 1 year BPO experience required for those with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate healthcare information, resolve customer complaints, update patient data.
- Communicate changes in policies to customers.
