Job Description
One-day hiring process | Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents for our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and support retail operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Provide product recommendations.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
