Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact, minimizing transfers.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and gain customer agreement.
- Share important information with both internal and external clients.
