Qualifications:
- 1 year BPO experience required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints related to healthcare services, billing, and insurance claims promptly.
- Enter patient information correctly into the system.
- Communicate updates on healthcare policies and insurance plans to customers.
