Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our healthcare account at SapientBPO, located in Ortigas Pasig.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO / No BPO experience with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Fresh Graduates are accepted
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude toward customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
