Job Responsibilities:
- Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently using ticketing systems or online platforms.
- Provide information regarding event schedules, seating options, ticket prices, and availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through one call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- On-site work requirement.
- Prior related experience desirable but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
