Job Description

Aspire is actively seeking Call Center Agents in Metro Manila or nearby cities, offering up to Php25,00 salary. We welcome applicants with BPO experience, good English communication skills, and various educational backgrounds. Candidates must be ready to start immediately, work on-site with shifting schedules for a full-time position.

Job Overview: Engage with customers via chat or email to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Job Description: Communicate clearly in written form, educate customers on product details, document interactions accurately, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Benefits: Additional leave, free parking, paid training, pay raise.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day/evening/night shifts, Monday to Friday.

Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, bonus pay, commission pay, overtime pay.
