Job Description
We at Metacom are continuously looking for candidates to join our team. Currently, we have vacancies for non-voice agents in various accounts, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, without having to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Share specific information with both internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
