Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide important information/assistance to clients
- Check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure full understanding of critical information
