Job Description
We are currently seeking fresh graduates to join our team in various positions including Nonvoice, CSR, Pure Chat Only, and Dayshift Account.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working on-site
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Good English communication skills
- Graduate of Banking & Finance course
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Amenable to shifting work schedule
- Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
