Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Non-Tobacco Materials Receiving In-Charge will receive, inspect, and record shipments, ensuring correct orders are received and stocked appropriately.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with procurement staff for expected deliveries
- Receive, inspect, and unload shipments
- Verify packages and contact suppliers for discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling, allocation, and payment for deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, assist in inventory control, and implement FIFO
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Experience as a receiving clerk is an advantage
- Operate forklifts, knowledge of data entry programs, and health & safety regulations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Good physical condition required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
