Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Case Management Services Analyst II to join our dynamic team. As a Nurse Case Management Services Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive analysis and support in the field of nurse case management services.
In this role, you will evaluate patient cases, medical records, and treatment plans to determine the appropriate level of care and services required. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that patients receive the most effective and cost-efficient care possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing assessments and analyzing medical records to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Reviewing and approving or denying requests for medical services and treatments based on established guidelines.
- Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of case management services and making recommendations for improvement.
- Providing education and training to healthcare professionals on case management best practices.
