Job Description
We are currently hiring a Nurse Concierge (PhRN) to join our team. As a Nurse Concierge, your main role will be to provide personalized care and assistance to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay. You will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage the medical needs of our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients’ medical conditions and providing appropriate care.
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of healthcare services.
- Managing patients’ medical records and updating necessary documentation.
- Providing support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Responding to patients’ inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensuring the provision of a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid PhRN license.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compassion and empathy towards patients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
