Job Description
Minimum Job Responsibility:
– In charge as Hospice Intake Coordinator to monitor patient’s documents, status updates, staff duties schedules, and ensure that every patient receives quality service, proper care and solve any problems at the facility or home.
Qualifications:
- – BS Nursing graduate (Registered Nurse is an advantage)
- – With or without experience as Hospice Intake Coordinator
- – Willing to work on graveyard shift (2 days off)
- – Willing to work on site (Parañaque)
- – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
