Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Manage staff scheduling and assignment of duties
- Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
- Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
