Job Description
· Serve as the primary medical resource for the company.
· Maintain and update health records of all employees and referring physicians.
· Attend monthly Health/Safety meetings.
· Assist with employee illness and injury management.
· Refer individuals to specialists as appropriate.
· Check the clinic’s utilities and supplies.
· Check the availability and inventory of medicines and medical supplies before and after the end of the shift.
· Provide health teachings/seminars.
· Keep track of medicines dispensed by logging it in the medicine logbook.
· Taking vital signs.
· Monitor and provide a safe environment for emergency cases.
· Provide first aid to employees’ accidents such as wounds and cuts.
· Perform aseptic dressing to wounds and cuts incurred during duty hours of employees and provides health teaching on proper wound care.
· Accompany employees to hospitals in case of emergency.
· Maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course (B.S. Nursing)
· Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Have at least 2 years’ experience as a company nurse
· Knowledge in First Aid and Emergency Response
· Familiar with Corporate Environmental, Safety, and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
· Good communication skills both oral and written.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Davao.
