Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented admin assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee human resources and financial functions to maintain a positive work environment and financial health, requiring strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Recruitment

  • Develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure labor law compliance.
  • Maintain HR records.
  • Enforce HR policies.

Financial Operations:

  • Manage financial transactions.
  • Oversee procurement and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 1-2+ years HR or Finance experience.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
