Job Description
WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solutions provider, is actively seeking an exceptional candidate to assume the pivotal role of an Office Admin Manager for a BPO firm with office in Mandaluyong and Makati City.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to clients and business partners
- Provide support to Country Manager as executive assistant when needed on external affairs
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year related experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Must have experience in Vendor management
- Must have experience in People management
- Must be Detail-oriented
- Must have experience doing office budgeting, managing office payables (expense) purchasing and processing govt permits
Candidates with relevant experience and attached updated CV will be prioritized.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
