Job Description
Work Days / Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time
Work Location: Makati+Mandaluyong
Work Setup: Office
Salary: PHP 30,00 – 35,00
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to clients and business partners
- Provide support to Country Manager as executive assistant when needed on external affairs
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as Office Admin Manager
- Must have experience in MS Office applications
- Must have experience in Vendor management
- Must have experience in People management
- Must be Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 30,00.00 – Php 35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
