Our Company, SUPER-AIRE REFRIGERATION AND CONTRACTORS INC., is currently seeking Office Admin Interns (OJT) / PART-TIME to join our team.
Position: Office Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducts office clerical tasks to aid a designated department or division, handling telephone calls by directing them appropriately and furnishing information regarding the services and operations of the department or division.
- Manages files, records, encoding of data, retrieval, and operates photocopier as needed.
- Offers customer service, information, referrals, and support for the designated department.
- Executes additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be studying Bachelor’s/College Degree in Office Administration or any related course
- Hardworking, flexible, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervision.
- With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related applications.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
