Responsibilities
1. Control number allocation for Purchase Requests.
2. Control number assignment for payroll and vouchers.
3. Review documents for supplier vouchers.
4. Prepare disbursement vouchers with tax calculations.
5. Maintain Suppliers Index of Taxes Withheld.
6. File management for vouchers and purchase orders.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
– Graduate of any business-related course
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent human relations and customer service skills
– Experience in human resource management is a plus
– Computer literate
Place of Assignment: Accounting Division
Salary: Php13,500.00
Status of Employment: Contract of Service
