Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Doing all administrative work necessary for GA department
- Taking care of transportation when needed
- Adhering to ethical principles and company policies
- Editing and proofreading documents, replying to emails, and communicating with clients
- Answering phones, responding to emails and inquiries, and performing administrative tasks
- Reporting timely and accurately to superiors and ensuring data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- An analytical mind with attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in creating procedures and programs
- Good communication skills
- Well-organized
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Confident and able to work with deadlines
