Attend and assist all departments pertaining to their queries on the regular processes they do and implement possible adjustments when needed.
Review and give possible suggestions for improvement on the daily operational checking and transactional control of all departments including provincial branches.
Post checking of all documents (DR, SI, and Job Orders) submitted by provincial branches for both EXATECH and AGDI (sister company) Marketing, Service and Parts counter checking of unit prices, discounts, quantity delivered versus invoiced, and any alterations made in documents and Collection checking for Walk-in customers.
Visits warehouses and provincial branches to conduct an actual assessment if the policies and procedures were implemented and to conduct orientation for new Programs.
Provides support to departments that need assistance with the operational transaction if needed.
