Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating office supplies and equipment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment and procedures are also required.
