Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
- Organizing office common areas.
- Performing general office duties and errands.
- Arranging travel accommodations and reservations.
- Coordinating company events.
- Maintaining office equipment.
- Aiding client reception.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating and maintaining databases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related business course.
- Experience as an office assistant.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
