Job Description
Theo and Philo Chocolate Factory Inc is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant who can multitask and manage various functions while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. This role is vital for the seamless operations across departments.
Duties Include:
- Managing customer orders and inquiries
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely purchasing
- Preparing sales orders and shipment documents
- Handling communications via email and telephone
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proficient in English, detail-oriented, with 3 years of office experience and strong computer skills.
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00/month.
