Job Description
Responsible for assisting and supporting in terms of clerical support in the office.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Manage calendars for book meetings, conferences, arrange travel planning and logistics, schedule interviews, etc., ensuring all of their time is used efficiently and effectively.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare presentations.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Presentation.
- Data analysis; Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup, and other functions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: From Php15,860.00 per month
