Job Description

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or K12 Diploma
  • With or without experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide basic information to clients regarding insurance policies, procedures, and services.
  • Assist clients with filling out forms and applications.
  • Records Management:
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, including client information, policies, and claims.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Office Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
