Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs clerical work assigned by the immediate superior
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
- Assist in office management procedures
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take minutes of meetings
- Maintain files and records updated and easily accessible
- Maintain contact lists
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- At least college level
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Email
- Experience as office clerk or in a clerical position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
