Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and manages correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinates with suppliers through calls and emails.
- Organizes schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Attends to confidential tasks, meetings, and transcribes notes.
- Completes assignments as directed by the President.
- Ensures proper recording and filing of management memos and files.
- Performs other administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- College Graduate in a Business-related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, fast, and efficient worker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Professional in calls and emails.
- Willing to work in Makati and conduct fieldwork in Metro Manila.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php13,500.00 – Php16,500.00 per month
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
