Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor’s or a College graduate
- Fresh graduates welcome; Experience in administrative tasks is an advantage
- Must be computer literate; Excellent in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written in English and Filipino)
- Must possess excellent critical thinking skills
- Willing to work onsite at our head office in BTTC Centre, San Juan City, Manila
Job Summary:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. Performs various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains and administers contract documents
- Ensures compliance with contract requirements
- Provides support to Pricing and Quotation group
- Organizes and maintains filing system
- Other assigned duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
