Job Description
- Performs basic clerical tasks
- Records and files all documents
- Answer telephone calls and inquiries
- Updates and maintains files and records in an orderly manner
- Operates standard office equipment
- Encode documents, reports, and correspondence
Minimum Qualifications
- Office experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Keen attention to details
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / IT related course
