Job Description
Santos Knight Frank Inc. is seeking an Office Leasing Director to join our team. As a premier brokerage firm, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster client relationships
- Conduct market analysis
- Develop property marketing strategies
- Lead negotiations
- Network to expand client base
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate
- Experience in real estate, preferably in office leasing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local real estate laws
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP 80,00/month
