Job Description
- Develops and implements efficient systems for resource management, goal setting, and task allocation.
- Collaborates with the HR team to handle employee relations and performance reviews.
- Ensures smooth project operations by supervising administrative staff and providing continuous training.
- Works closely with the Finance Department for accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manages construction schedules and liaises with architects and engineers.
- Establishes and updates policies for a structured work environment.
- Communicates policies and procedures effectively to all staff members.
- Serves as the main contact for clients, maintaining open communication.
