Job Description
North Riding Farm, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the office layout, maintaining optimal office conditions, addressing employee inquiries, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Familiarity with local government regulations and compliance is essential.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of government contributions (SS, Philhealth, Pagibig), a degree in a business-related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong multi-tasking abilities are required, and HR experience is highly desirable.
This is a full-time position offering a negotiable salary, 8-hour shifts, and benefits including provided staff meals.
