Job Description
We are currently seeking an Office Sales Assistant to join our team at Schnell Marketing Philippines Inc. The primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the database of the support team
- Encoding, filing, and organizing office documents such as reports
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping
- Booking orders and assisting in payment collections from clients
- Assisting in sourcing required materials/products as needed
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least an Associate Degree holder/graduate of a three-year course
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Keen attention to details, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite
