Job Description
Tasks:
- Daily orders: Process and coordinate shipment / delivery of orders.
- Deal with riders, suppliers, and customers.
- Orders Administration. Logging and processing bills / expenses.
- Manage inventory.
- Attending customers, answering emails.
- Supervise styling and quality of arrangements.
Requirements:
- Proven work 4 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Can speak and write English correctly
- Diploma or Bachelor’s
- Can work under pressure
Location: Flower Delivery Philippines office, near Tayuman LRT, in Santa Cruz, Manila.
