Job Description
Job Description:
- Act as Sales Admin
- Process Pre-Accreditation for possible clients for bidding purposes
- Work with other departments to create sales presentations when needed.
- Access accounts for bidding/accreditation.
- Assist in preparing contracts and proposals.
- Process contracts for signature of President.
- Coordinate sales team activities and file management.
- Develop filing system to keep documents accessible digitally and in hard copy.
- Collect data for Sales Report and presentations.
- Act as customer service contact for client inquiries.
Job Qualifications:
- BS / Marketing graduate or any 4 years related course
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literate
- Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
