Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily office operations, including administrative tasks and organization.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With or without experience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, email, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling office tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
