- Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks.
- Handles emails, phone calls, and paperwork.
- Manages petty cash, reimbursements, and purchasing.
- Assists with visa applications and office supplies monitoring.
- Supports management, employees, and visitors.
- Arranges travel and accommodations.
- Prepares reports and maintains filing systems.
- Coordinates office events and driver attendance.
- Communicates with building administration for office issues.
Qualifications: College graduate with proven administrative experience. Must be computer literate and possess strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
