- Encode and maintain daily reports accurately.
- Prepare reports based on guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members for data gathering.
- Organize files systematically for easy access.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresh grads welcome. Experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in computers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated work approach.
- Confidentiality and discretion handling.
