DCOM Money Express, a company based in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking a Tagalog Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Metro Manila or Makati area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Queries (Account creation & Customer support)
- Provide internal feedback on customer satisfaction issues
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tagalog and English
- Basic Japanese language is a plus
- Computer literate
