Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- At least 5 months of experience in administrative roles is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic computer literacy is mandatory.
- Willingness to be assigned in Calamba is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage bank transactions.
- Handle filing and record keeping.
- Oversee billing and collections.
Job Type: Full-time (8 hour shift)
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
