Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable and assist drivers in onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience;
- Engage and collaborate with every function within the Operation team and others, to ensure information flow with new drivers is being processed efficiently;
- Track and monitor new drivers’ onboarding process and relevant activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or college experience preferred;
- Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- Sociable, responsible, and organized;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Marcos Highway.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
