Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prevent problems occurrence by immediately notifying the customer.
- Expedite completion and timely notification for all affected customers.
- Responsible to thoroughly encode all parts items in any database platforms.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
- Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents, Provides office support to the department assigned to.
- Willing to do multi-tasking office functions.
- Shall perform administrative functions.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Training and meeting facilitation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service and billing position is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
- Willing to start ASAP.
