Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Staff to join our team. As an Office Staff, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of the office.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, managing and organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient communication within the office.
You should have excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of office management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
