Job Description
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Updating customer databases.
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
- Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents.
- Provides office support to the department assigned to.
- Willing to do multi-tasking office functions.
- Shall perform administrative functions.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
